Triplo (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Triplo mobile application and the triplo.app website (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: if you sign up, your email address and an optional display name.
  • Trip content: itineraries, notes, expenses, and photos that you create. This stays on your device by default.
  • Usage data: anonymous app analytics (screens viewed, crashes) that help us improve the product.
  • Device information: device model, OS version, and a randomly generated install ID.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Sync your trips across your devices, if you opt in;
  • Communicate launch updates and important notices;
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, crash reporting), under contracts that require confidentiality and limit use to providing services to us.

5. Data retention

We keep account and trip data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app, which removes your data from our servers within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

7. Children

Triplo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
